Learn about our Return & Exchange policy, request a return, or check the status on an existing return or exchange.

Your use of TheStapleStore.com and placement of an order confirms your acceptance of and agreement with the "Return Policy" and the "Terms of Use."

All returns MUST be pre-authorized and must follow the RMA request process. You may initiate a return for most new, unopened items within 30 days of purchase for a refund.* You must return items in new or unused condition with all original, unmarked packaging included with the shipment. We must receive your returned items at our processing facility within 30 days of purchase. We inspect all returned items and award a full refund for new, unopened items less a 28% restocking fee. If the return is a result of our error or if a maufacturring defect is detected, we will refund the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges.

Other Applicable Terms:

  • A 28% restocking fee will apply to all Returned Merchandise.
  • Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization and/or a valid RMA number.
  • Orders refused upon delivery may not be returned under any circumstances.
  • Returned orders due to incorrect or incomplete address(s) are subject to additional shipping charges before a second shipment is issued.
  • Item must be securely packaged and original boxes are to remain unmarked and absent of additional
    labels, stickers, markings or any other damage.
  • Customer assumes all risk of liability with respect to the purchase of the product(s) offered by the

Returns after 30 days, must be pre-authorized and any credit or refund is at full discretion of TheStapleStore.com.

Please read the Return & Exchange Policy in full prior to submitting an RMA request. Next, select the “Request An RMA” button at the bottom of this page to be redirected to the RMA request form. After completing the RMA form, click the “Request An RMA” button once more to submit the return request. Upon receipt of your request, we will contact you with an RMA number and instructions on where to ship the products. Once we receive the returned item(s) it will be inspected and you will either receive a credit within twenty-one (21) business days, or, an explanation of why your refund was denied. INTERNATIONAL SALES ARE FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE.

Contact the carrier immediately and begin filing a claim with them. TheStapleStore.com is not responsible for any damages that took place during shipping. Please contact and comply with the carrier's procedures for rules of damaged claims. Make a record of the claim date and name of representative that you were dealing with at the carrier's company.
