How do I know I am ordering the correct staple?
That’s a great question! To ensure you are ordering the correct staple for your copier, printer or multi-function machine enter the Manufacturer and Model of your office equipment. If you receive more than one result, you MUST enter the Manufacturer and Finisher model into the quick search. If you’re not sure how to find your finisher model please view the Find My Finisher Model page.

Why do I continue to get a “Select Your Finisher” error every time I complete a search?
If you are searching for staples by entering ONLY the manufacturer and the model you will receive an error stating that you must “Select Your Finisher.” The reason for this error is that the copier/printer model you have selected houses the staples in a separate unit called a finisher. To ensure you receive the correct fitting staple we require the model of the finisher, as this is where the staples are housed. If you need assistance finding the model number of your finisher please view the Identifying the Finisher Model section on the Copier Staples 101 page.

How may I check the status of my order?
To check the status of your order please view the Track My Order page.

May I pick-up my order directly from your warehouse?
Sorry, OSHA [Occupational Safety and Health Administration] regulations require that only those individuals insured by our company be allowed to enter our warehouse facilities, therefore, under no circumstances may an order be picked up at our warehouses. To make our order process as efficient as possible all orders are exclusively shipped. Remember there is no additional charge for Ground shipping. Also, assuming all items are in-stock, if your order is placed by 4:00pm EST it will arrive at your location the very next business day for destinations within 100 miles of any of the fulfilling warehouse.

If I place my order today, when will it leave your warehouse?
If you place your order by 4:00PM EST, in-stock product will leave our warehouse the same day the order was placed. In a rare occasion where your order may not ship out that day, we will notify you as soon as possible to inform you of any possible delays.

Which shipping methods are available to me?
We also offer alternative shipping methods like Freight/Truck, Overnight and 2nd day air via UPS, FedEx, USPS, or private freight companies. These alternative shipping methods are available upon checkout for an additional fee. No credit is offered for orders requiring

How can I track my order?
You will receive an order tracking number via email upon order completion. You may track your order via (1) TheStapleStore.com using the Track My Order page or (2) on the tracking page of the selected carrier.

When will my order ship?
Orders of in-stock product placed before 4pm EST will ship the same day.

I can’t find an item on your website, do you offer special orders?
Yes, orders of staples not regularly stocked may be special ordered for you. You may email us at sales@thestaplestore.com to inquire. All special order items require (1) a Swingline or original manufacturer’s part number (2) your order must exceed $250.00 of product excluding taxes, freight charges, and fees (3) may not be returned unless a manufacturer’s defect is detected upon inspection by TheStapleStore’s Returns department.

How can I get a coupon code?
You’re a budget-conscious customer and we like that! At the bottom of each page you will find a newsletter subscription option. Please enter your email and press “Subscribe” to receive promotions and special coupon codes via email. Don’t worry, if you change your mind, you may unsubscribe at any time via an unsubscribe link provided in each newsletter.

How do I return item(s)?
Before you return an item, you must fill out a Return Merchandise Authorization [R.M.A]. To request an R.M.A. please visit the Returns & Exchanges page.

I want to place my order offline, what should I do?

I want to duplicate a previous order?
If you have placed an online order with us in the past, you can login to My Account to review your previous orders by clicking on the "PREVIOUS ORDERS" tab. Duplicating a previous will automatically duplicate the billing and shipping information on the order being duplicated. If this information has changed, you must enter those changes in manually. You can even view faxed or called in orders inside your account. If you have lost any of your invoices or need a receipt, please login to My Account to print past invoices.

How can I pay for items?
We accept most major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and Wire Transfers. Please make sure that you are logged into your account when placing the order.

What are your shipping methods?
We ship via UPS, FEDEX, or US POSTAL.

How do I make a purchase?
As you find items you would like to purchase; type in the quantity field below the "PRICE" and enter the quantity of items you're interested in purchasing, then click "+ ADD" button. When you have selected all the items you wish to purchase, click the "CHECKOUT" button to enter in your billing and ship to location. You will now be on a secure (https) "SHOPPING CART" page. Lastly, confirm items and quantities, then click "CONTINUE CHECKOUT". Complete the form in its entirety and click the "CONFIRM ORDER" button at bottom of page. Please double check the shipping and billing method before submitting. (Billing must be the address where your credit card statement is mailed to).

What do I do if I can't log in to my account?
Reset your password by selecting the “Forgot Password” button located on the My Account page. Please not the system will lock you out if you attempt to log in more than 3 times with the incorrect password.

How long is a Special Order quote good for?
All special order quotes are good for 7 days from the request date.
