SAME-DAY SHPPING REQUIREMENTS
• For orders placed before 4 p.m. EST, /1 p.m. PST your order will ship out on the same day, pending CC authorization.
• For orders placed after 4 p.m. EST/ 1 p.m. PST, your order will ship out on the following business day, pending CC authorization.

SHIPPING LOCATIONS
TheStapleStore.com ships out of (2) locations: Nevada, Florida and Pennsylvania. Orders will ship out of the location that is closest to you with available stock. On very rare occasions you may get a split shipment, where some of your order ship from one location and the rest from the second location. Although rare, split shipments allow us to complete your order in full on the day the order was placed. Split shipments will have a notification in the order alerting you of a second shipment due to arrive. If a single order results in split or multiple shipments, handling fees apply only to the first order.

Canada, Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico = $30.00 and up
International Rates = $75.00 and up

OVERNIGHT 2-DAY & 3-DAY SHIPPING RATES
Upon online request only. Customer is responsible for all Overnight, 2-day, or 3-day shipping fees.

WEEKEND AND HOLIDAY SHIPPING
Generally there are no deliveries on holidays, Saturdays or Sundays. If Saturday delivery is required the customer is responsible for all shipping fees and the order must be placed no later than 4PM EST on Friday (non-holiday).

SHIPPING CARRIERS
We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are: U.S. Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS) or FedEx for medium to small orders. Larger orders may ship via freight truck.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International shipping costs are calculated based on a number of factors, including the number of purchased items, the weight of the items and the destination country postal code. International customers may ship to multiple addresses by placing a separate order for each shipping address. We cannot ship single international orders to multiple addresses at this time. Most in-stock items will arrive 11-24 business days after receipt of your order. Please note that shipping windows are estimates and delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.
